Here, your pets will receive compassionate and clean care. Our facility has been thoroughly inspected by the Dept. of Agriculture in 2026 and passed with flying colors! We invite you to visit us for tours between 8am-5pm. At our Dog Kennel near you, proper sanitation and safety are our top priorities. The Dog Boarding rate in Louisburg, North Carolina is $38 per night, with a discount of $3 for a second dog in the same run. For our cat guests, the overnight rate is $24. Check in & Check out times?

GROOMING, only available with a reservation:

Check in is 7-10am. The groomer will give you a call when your pup is ready. Once called, you have until closing at 6pm to pick up

DAYCARE: Mon- Fri 7am-6pm

BOARDING, only available with a reservation:

Check in on Monday -Saturday is 12-5pm

Check Out on Monday-Friday is 7am-12:00pm & 8am-12:15pm on Saturdays**

Sundays we are open 11-1 for check in & check out only.

Early check in is before Noon, Late check out is after Noon- these have fee ($10) applied to bill. Helps with making plans and peace of mind

**We are open 7am-6pm Monday-Friday & 8am-5pm Saturday. Check in & check out CAN be as early as opening or as late as closing on those days if needed. However, there is a $10 fee for an early check in, as well as a $10 fee for a late check out. There is no fee for Sunday check ins/outs**

GROOMING, only available with a reservation:

Pricing for grooming varies for each breed, size, & coat type. You may ask for an estimate at drop off. There is an extra fee for coat issues such as matting or fleas/ticks.

DAYCARE, drop-in service:

Daycare is available for $22 a day for walk ins. We also offer monthly packages for daycare at a discounted rate.

3 Days a week: $225 Monthly

4 Days a week: $275 Monthly

5 Days a week: $325 Monthly

Monthly Daycare due on the 1st of each month.

BOARDING, only available with a reservation:

PLEASE NOTE: We require payment for dates booked even if you decide to check-out early. Please plan accordingly.

First Dog: $38/Night

Second Dog**: $35/Night

Cat Boarding: $24/Night

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR PEAK SEASON & HOLIDAY BOARDING BOOKINGS.

**Second dog is discounted IF both dogs are able to stay in the same run. (from the same home) We ask that you PLEASE do not request dogs be in the same run to save money if dogs do not get along. Staying in the same run could be a danger to them if there are any issues between the dogs. However, separating for feedings only- is no extra charge- safety first always.

Does my pet need to be vaccinated?

For us to take board your furry friend safely; your pet must have up-to-date Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella and Rabies vaccinations. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TURN AWAY CLIENTS FOR NOT PROVIDING PROPER DOCUMENTS. We Strongly advise you check AHEAD making sure entire series is complete and vaccinations are given by a licensed Veterinarian- no home vaccinations accepted.

We strongly advised getting the Canine Influenza vaccination, but it is not required.

All records can be emailed to info@foxcreekanimallodge.com by you or your veterinarian. You may also mail the record to our address or bring it in on the day of your booking. THESE RECORDS ARE VITAL along with our Boarding Agreement.

This policy is to protect all our guests and staff. It is also required by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture.

What should I bring for my pet's overnight stay?

Here at Fox Creek Animal Lodge; your pets health and comfort is our highest priority! You are welcome to bring your pet's favorite food, non plush comfort toys, and any clearly labeled medications Must be in prescription bottle) that your pet may need for their stay. Everything else (such as bedding, cots, and food & water bowls) will be provided. A high quality house food is available for a $3 per day charge if needed. NO LARGE BEDS ACCEPTED- we cannot sanitize these.

We do offer refrigeration for any foods/medications that must be kept cool or frozen.

We ask you to please do NOT bring extra-large bedding and extra-large food storage containers. These items are very difficult for us to store. We encourage the use of Ziploc-type bags for your pet's food and other belongings, as they are great for keeping your pet's items together in their assigned bin. We have safe cots and blankets for each run, and stainless bowls we sanitize in the dishwasher.

A few special items can be put in your dog's room to keep them happy and comfortable. However please be aware that small chew toys that could be ingested easily will not be allowed for safety reasons. Stuffed toys are okay for some dogs but are not encouraged.

Will you administer medication for my pet?

Yes, Medication will be administered without any additional change. Please make sure medication is CLEARLY labeled and is in its prescription bottle. Clear directions are very important. Keeping your pet healthy is our top priority during their stay here at Fox Creek. We need to name of med and dosing amount in writing per Dept of Agr

Does my dog get to play outside with other dogs?

Absolutely! If given your permission; our Kennel Attendants will perform a temperament test to find a suitable small play group for your pup to interact with. Of course, you can always request that your pup is kept with their siblings, or to have some loving and playful human contact one on one. Not every dog likes playmates and that is okay. IF your dog is an ESCAPE ARTIST let us know so can them safe.

Can I call and get an update during my pets stay?

Yes absolutely, we are more than happy to communicate with you anytime- pets are family ❤️ if able we can send a quick photo of your pet. Often our Facebook page Fox Creek Animal Lodge has pictures posted throughout the week, so you can see your pets in action here.
